Pipeline operation and maintenance is being performed by the HELPE SA personnel
following the contract signed between AAFPC SA and HEL.PE SA.
Operation , maintenance and all actions are made according codes and rules of the Refinery Industrial Complex.
All the personnel that is involved in the operation,maintanance and supervision of the AAFPC’s facilities are well trained, following the International Codes and Regulations in force according the Industrial Areas.
